About Us
We are NUTELLS, Northeastern University Teaching English Language and Literacy. We are a student group that organizes and teach free English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for campus employees. Our goal is not only to teach English to campus employees, but also to help build community between students and staff.
NUTELLS requires a time commitment of about an hour and a half per class, and we have a flexible schedule of classes. Tutors generally work one-on-one or with small groups of students. You don't need ANY experience--just a friendly attitude and a desire to make a difference in our community!
